Crafts & More by MsTash strives to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to customers and their orders.
Return Policy
Digital Products
Digital products come only in size which can be seized down ONLY! ALL customers are required to read the full description and guidelines for the digital product of interest before purchasing to ensure you, the customer, understands the policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!!!
Digital Products is REQUIRED if you are looking to us designs to make profit. You can find my commercial licenses in the product section.
Physical Products
For sanitary purposes on all the products, the company DOES NOT issue any refunds or exchanges of any style or type.
All purchases and sales are FINAL. The company asks that you are accurate with your size when ordering apparel products. Each product will contain sizing information to assist you with choosing the appropriate size.
Once orders are placed, they CAN NOT be cancelled.
Order Processing Policy
Already Made Physical Products (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)
Orders are processed in the order of which they are received.
Once the payment method has been confirmed, the order will be processed accordingly.
Please allow 3-5 business for orders to be processed and 7-10 business days for orders to be shipped. Processing time is subject to change depending on the volume of orders received.
Already Made Crafting Products (Tumblers, Keychains, etc.)
Orders are processed in the order of which they are received.
Once the payment method has been confirmed, order will be processed accordingly.
Please allow 7-14 business days for orders that are already made and in stock to be processed (maybe sooner depending on the volume of orders) and 1-2 weeks for delivery after shipping. Processing time is subject to change depending on the volume of orders received.
Custom Orders “Made Upon Order”
Orders are processed in the order of which they are received.
Once the payment method has been confirmed, the order will be processed accordingly.
Custom orders are made to order and take a longer processing time. Please allow 6-8 weeks for orders to be made and processed (maybe sooner depending on the volume of orders) and 2-3 weeks to ship. Processing time is subject to change depending on the volume of orders received.
Shipping Processing Policy
Orders are packed to protect/prevent the product from getting damage in the process of being shipped.
Crafts & More by MsTash will not be responsible for any damage that is done to a product or broken product (Orders are packed to prevent damage). Any damage the occurs during the shipping process, please contact your local delivery service for assistance as the product was damage while in their possession.
Once the order and payment method has been confirmed, orders will be processed and packed to be shipped.
For US orders please refer to the order processing section to view processing and shipping times. International orders and shipping are currently unavailable.
Upon packing and shipping the order, you will receive an order shipping confirmation email of which will include the order shipping tracking number.
If the order shows as delivered but you have not received your package or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the customer service department of your delivery party as the orders are now being handled by their office officials (Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update within the post office database). FYI the USPS customer service number is 1-800-275-8777.
Shipping Fees for orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Lost, Stolen or Return Packages
Crafts & More by MsTash will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The company asks that you be extra careful when entering your delivery address and double check before submitting your order.
If in any instant, the tracking number states package has been delivered, please contact your delivery service customer service department and file a lost/stolen package claim.
Orders that are shipped back to the company due to an incorrect delivery address, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
In the event of placing an order with Crafts & More by MsTash, you (the customer) have read and understand the company policy and that we will not be held responsible for delayed, damaged or stolen orders. You understand that you must contact the delivery vendor.
